If you cannot find the answer to your question here, please submit a support request so we can investigate it further.

System Requirements

This website was built using standards-compliant techniques in order to work in a wide range of browsers and operating systems. However, since almost 94% of our visitors use either Internet Explorer or Firefox, our site has only been extensively tested on these two browsers.

At this time, more than 95% of our visitors have a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or greater. Accordingly, our site has been designed with this space in mind.

If you experience any visual issues, formatting defects, or other bugs while using the site, please report them so that we can attempt to correct the issue.

PDF Documents

Many of the documents on our website are posted in PDF format. In order to read them, you must have the appropriate software installed.

Windows users

Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for download free of charge. In addition to this program, a variety of other PDF readers are available.

Linux and OS X usually come pre-configured with tools to read PDFs. However, a variety of PDF readers are available for these operating systems.

Bulletin Emailout

The bulletin email out is a quick and easy way to be notified as soon as the latest bulletin has been published. To register, simply enter your email address in the form on the main page.

Our bulletin emailout is an opt-in list, meaning that everyone who receives the mailout has requested to be a subscriber to this list.

To remove your email address from the mailout, visit our e-Bulletin Service page and select the unsubscribe option. As well, every email we send out contains un-subscription information at the bottom of the message. We strictly adhere to our ISP's anti-spam policy.

The bulletin mailout is a simple notification informing you a new bulletin has been published along with a link to view it. Your computer must have software installed to view PDF files in order to read the bulletin.
