Hall Bookings Help

Online Bookings have to be confirmed by the Hall Bookings Coordinator before they are added to the calendar. In the event that two bookings are made for the same time, the one booked earlier will take precedence. You will be contacted when the booking is confirmed.

Some users have reported an inability to jump the calendar to future months. In most of these cases, the users have a popup blocker or internet security application installed. These programs prevent the script of the calendar from functioning properly. Please be sure to disable these programs before using the calendar, and then be sure to re-enable them once you have finished.

If, even after disabling all internet security applications, you are unable to move the calendar forward, please send your event details to the hall bookings coordinator for manual addition to the calendar.

Adding an Event

  1. Click the "Submit Entry" button on the top or bottom of the calendar.
  2. On the popup window, fill in the fields describing the event.
  3. Click "Save Event".

The event will have to be approved by the administrator. You will be informed when the booking is confirmed.
