First Reconciliation
First Reconciliation Program 2012
First Reconciliation is for children who are in grade four or older.
Sacramental Registration for Reconciliation can take place at the following times and places:
- Parish Office
Monday - Friday: 9:30 am - 4:00 pm (closed during lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
Baptism Certificates are not required for Reconciliation.
A $20.00 sacrament fee, covering the cost of materials will be collected. Payable in cash or cheque to Holy Name Parish. Payment can be submitted at the office, Parent Information Night or placed in an envelope / marked atten Linda Hengen and placed in any offering basket at the weekend Masses. Upon receiving we will send you an email to confirm receipt. Thank-you.
Parent Session at Church Hall (please attend one of the following meetings)
- Tuesday, January 17 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm
- Tuesday, January 24 from 7:00 - 8:00 pm
First Reconciliation Classes (please attend one of the following classes each week, the classes are interchangable, we only ask that you attend all four classes)
- Wednesday’s at 7:00 - 8:00 pm / Holy Name Church Hall
Dates: February 8, 29 and March 7
*Please note that there is no class one for Wednesdays class and we will require the students to come to class one on Saturday. - Saturdays at 4:00 - 5:00 pm / Holy Name Church Hall
Dates: February 4, 11, March 3, 10
First Reconcilation Penitential Service
- Wednesday, March 14 at 7:00 pm (please note to unforseen events this date may change)
First Reconciliation Retreat
- Sunday February 26, Time to be advised.
